Yoga has many benefits for your over all well being. Yoga is a great practice to have on active recovery days in between gym sessions, when you’re feeling stressed or anxious, when you’re feeling pain or tightness in your body and when you need to move through heavy emotions.
Yoga is a practice that encompasses the mind, body, spirit connection for a complete holistic journey.

Laying in Shavasana (or corpse pose) at the end of yoga allows your body to receive the full benefits of the practice. It also allows for the mind to quiet down in preparation for meditation.
