~ take a bath

~ train at the gym

~ phone a mate

~ order in from your favourite restaurant

~ sip a cuppa

~ go for a walk or run

~ meditate

~ journal

~ take the dog for a walk

~ listening to some tunes

~ get an early night

Whatever it might be

SWITCH OFF.

DECOMPRESS.

AND JUST BE…
