12 Ways to Supercharge Your Morning Routine

Seize the morning - seize the day! 

Here are some ways you can improve your morning routine utilising biohacking style tools and strategies:

〰️ scrape your tongue first thing before you consume any water - this helps remove built up bacteria that accumulates in your mouth over night 

〰️ fasting - this is why its called breakfast - its the meal that breaks your fast. Many people can find benefits from intermittent fasting such as improved digestion, mental clarity and energy levels, however, this is not for everyone 

〰️ lemon water or detox tea (over coffee first thing). It’s important to hydrate as soon as we wake as we have been without water for 7-9 hours. Lemon water or a herbal detox tea aid in liver cleansing and wakes up your metablisiom
