Hello and welcome to Your Wellbeing Counselling & Holistic Support. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive and empowering service for individuals to work through their challenges and adversities and improve and enhance their overall wellbeing.

At Your Wellbeing, a holistic approach to therapy is utilised. I believe that in order for us to fully heal, we need to work on the full spectrum of mind, body and spirit- rather than traditionally only focusing on the mind when it comes to mental health.

At Your Wellbeing, I use a range of evidence based therapies, strategies and techniques in order for you to process and unpack trauma, set and achieve goals, improve self confidence and self worth, regulate your nervous, give you a better understanding of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours and how they interrelate and improve your quality of life.

I offer counselling, case management and walk and talk therapy (coming soon) for individuals aged 17-55 years old. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, chronic pain/illness, relationship issues, low self esteem and confidence or just feeling lost in it all, I’m here to holistically guide and support you through it.

Your Wellbeing is a safe space for all walks of life. A place you can come to and unapologetically be your raw & messy self. A place that is free of judgement, discrimination, expectations & pressure. It’s a place for you to feel validated, heard and be understood. It’s a place for you to unpack your past, learn how to thrive in your present and build towards your future. It’s a place for you to set goals and turn your visions into reality. Your Wellbeing is a place to support and guide you through your journey. A place for you to start showing up for yourself or maybe even find yourself.
