How Can Your Wellbeing Support Me?

I got you!

Are you overwhelmed? Anxious? Low motivation? In a lot of pain? Sleep deprived? Zero work/life balance? Struggling to set goals? Setting goals but can’t reach them? Don’t know where the hell to even begin? Maybe it’s time to seek some support.

Sometimes, life can get in the way of living. And when I say living, I mean living in your truest, most conscious and highest Self. Can you imagine a world where everyone was living from this place?

My aim is to support you in creating more balance and harmony in all areas of your life. We believe that sometimes talk therapy on its own is just not enough and at some points in our life we need some more hands on support and approaches in our therapy spaces.

How can I provide this to you?

  • advocate for you when you feel like you’re struggling to do this for yourself

  • support you through the process of getting a Government support payment

  • help you find safe housing

  • assist with getting you link in with Government funded business start ups

  • link you in with other services and practitioners you might need support from eg. Nutritionist

  • support you in finding different ways in managing your chronic illness/pain

  • help you discover what you truly want support you in setting goals and smashing goals

  • support you in job skills such as helping with resume writing, applying for jobs and interview skills

  • equip you with skills, knowledge and coping strategies to manage anxiety, depression & stress

  • guide you while you unpack and process heavy emotions

  • support year 11-12 students transitioning from school into young adulthood

  • and more.
